## Tools
- cheapest_slots (free): FREE. Cheapest 3 upcoming half-hour electricity slots (Agile Octopus, p/kWh inc VAT) for a UK postcode's region.
- best_window (Pro): PRO. Cheapest continuous window of N hours in the upcoming prices (EV charging, heat pumps, batteries, industrial jobs) with average price and cost for a kWh amount.
- all_slots (Pro): PRO. All published half-hourly import prices for today/tomorrow for a postcode region.
- export_rates (Pro): PRO. Agile Outgoing export prices — best upcoming slots to sell solar/battery power.
- daily_average (Pro): PRO. Daily average/min/max Agile import price for the last N days (max 30) — for budgeting and tariff comparison.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://uk-energy-prices-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://uk-energy-prices-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://uk-energy-prices-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).

## Pay per call (x402, USDC on Base)
